ive tried all the troubleshooting steps, and talked with help and its still not syncing

ive tried everything and its still not syncing, hasn't sync for 8 days, anyone else having this issue and could maybe help a girl out

its not on the list of compatible devices but the android version is good enough but its not strictly not compatable

here is something a moderator posted about phones being compatible:

If your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, we provide assistance and troubleshooting steps. Because your phone or tablet is not fully compatible with Fitbit devices, we can't guarantee syncing and other Fitbit features. "
