Have owned since Late Jan or early Feb 2020. Worked fine for 6 months or so. One day after charging it would not come on or show up on my tablet or phone. About 2 months ago thought the charger might be bad, ordered one from amazon. No go with that, no change from before.
Then 2 days ago found the fitbit hanging from the charger plugged into my computer. Took the fitbit off the charger and to my surprise the green light on the back was shinning bright. Well checked my tablet and it showed my fitbit needed a update. So for 30 min. it updated, then quit working again.
Went through all of the solutions here and it is still dead. Would like it to work again or be replaced.

Hey, @chuck40219, welcome to the Fitbit community! Have you tried plugging the watch in and then pressing the side button for 5-10 seconds and waiting for the buzz. Please get back to me asap!

Bout a billion times, with 2 different chargers, and 4 different plug in things and my computer. No Buzz.
Cleaned the contacts on fitbit and charger with alcohol pad, dried with cotton cloth.
Please check your email, just got a notice that your mailbox is full.
