my fitbit is crazy

my fitbit randomly stopped working so i plugged it in and it’s goes through then motion of heartrate calories and date it won’t really do much and it dies within the day cause of how much it’s working for no reason. i tried to contact fitbit and they said to reset it but it won’t even give me the option. i never hit my fitbit and i never cracked it. i have no idea what’s wrong with it please help i need my fitbit back

Mine is doing the same thing. It's totally flipping out! It wore out the battery overnight, but after recharging and resetting, it's still flipping out. It acts like I'm pressing down the button and scrolling at the same time--non-stop!

i already contacted support and they said to reset it but the fitbit won’t let me get there
