new phone number to Factor

I had to switch phone companies and it was a hassle reporting my number over so I just got a new number, I went to the Fitbit app and tried to change my phone number for the two factor authentication but it won't change my phone number unless it texts my old number something first I can't receive text my old number so now what

This is something you definitely need to contact Fitbit Customer Service about. Look here to find ways to reach them: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

I personally find calling them directly or live chat is the best way to get through.

@jeRV5G   When you set up your two factor authentication, Fitbit gave you a recovery code to save.  This Help article has a section that should help you, even if you can't remember where you stored your recovery code.
