not capturing HR signal when tracking exercise with app

Hi all!

When I track a run using the app function the heart rate is not recorded, but it does record when I track the run from the watch.

Do you know how can I track HR during exercise capturing from de app?

@ijauregui It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with getting your HR data when using the Fitbit app to track your activities. The hr is missing since you are only using your phone to track this data. If you wish to see a change in this feature then you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
