not receiving notifications on Inspire 2

I have the Inspire 2, and it's worked great for almost a year. Sometimes I stop getting notifications, so I reset the DND and restart everything, and that usually does the trick. Until now. For about a week I haven't been receiving any types of notifications. I've tried everything, and I've chatted with the fitbit support team 3 times now. Each time they say "At this point, I will be seeking assistance from our higher level of support so that we can further investigate this matter. Once we receive a response from them, we will give you an update regarding your case via email."

 

It's been 2 days and I haven't heard anything back. Does anyone else have any suggestions? I can't find a phone number to call or any other way to contact fitbit. The whole reason I got this fitbit was so I could get notifications when I'm not near my phone, so I really want to get this fixed!!!

You still need to be within range of your phone to get notifications. Range is about twenty-five feet.

Yes, I've tried all of those options for support and no one can help me.

 

I am within range of my phone--I've had my husband call me, while I'm holding my phone, and I still don't get notified on my fitbit.

 

Like I said before, it used to work--it has just stopped about a week ago.

I am having the same issue as of Thursday. Can manually sync in app, but won't pair with device for notifications.  Support has been no better help than a google search.  Unpair. Reboot device. Restart phone. Reinstall app. Check settings. 

Makes me want a new one,  but not sure I should even bother sticking with Fitbit. It might have the same issue eventually.

No luck so far, I'm ready to switch to something else too. Just such a bummer since I really liked it while it was working!
