Okay... I have searched and searched but can not find an answer to this. Maybe there isn't one. When I am working out on the treadmill, the Inspire 2 eventually shows a message with a chevron which I am assuming I am supposed to interpret as a down arrow. However, I can not see the screen well enough to read whatever it might want to tell me about my workout. Is there any way to get those messages texted directly to my iPhone. Like the ones that say "Time to get ready for bed". I get notifications on the inspire for every phone call, calendar event, or text. That is not the problem.

@knownasjim you're correct that the chevron is the symbol for Active Zone Minutes. There are random notifications associated with that, telling you that you're halfway to your weekly goal or that you're "on track". I don't know of a way to get those notifications on your phone, instead of on your wrist. We can always check the Fitbit app to see where we are with Active Zone Minutes, so I ignore those notifications on my Fitbit.

Are you using the Exercise App? If not, why are you assuming it has anything to do with your workout?

I make that assumption because I only see that symbol during workouts. Also, that is the active zone symbol in the fitbit app.
