now active minutes don't match

Yesterday I posted the below message about my inspire 2 not equating my steps into miles correctly.  Now today it is not tracking my zone minutes.  Anybody else having this problem?  Its this an issue with my actual Fitbit or the way it is being reported on the App?

Yesterday my inspire 2 changed the way it calculates my steps into miles.  For instance, 2 days ago 13,210 steps equalled 6.21 miles while yesterday 13,760 steps only equalled 5.01 miles.  Today it seems worse as I have 9,081 steps but it sats only 2.51 miles.  I haven't changed any settings so I'm not sure what is going on.  I tried to get help through chat but they didn't address what was happening.  I did restart the tracker and my phone as well.  Is this happening to anyone else?

Today i have noted something similar but also different.

My steps, distance and calories are the same in the app as the dashboard, but the zone minutes on the dashboard are all significantly higher than in the app and have been so for some days now I note. looks to have been going of for about a week and a half ?

The step issue for me has been going on for about 4 days.  The active minutes issue has been Sunday and today.  I also spoke with someone who just bought an Inspire 3 in the last week and she has never had any active minutes although she exercises daily.

I literally went from 161 active minutes on Saturday to 0 active minutes yesterday even though I acctually exercised more yesterday!

correction- not active minutes but "zone" minutes.  My activity shows up on my dashboard on my computer but not on the APP in zone minutes as it previously did.
