just purchased my device and can't seem to get it to pair with my Samsung S9 phone using fitbit app - phone sees the device in scan but won't pair to it - device says battery at 93% when on charger - when I take off charger, just shows fitbit icon and scrolling www.fitbit.com/setup (which this site is not available) - tap screen and nothing happens - how do I know if device is in pairing mode??

so restarted my phone and seems to have done the trick - it updating and setting up now.
