I can navigate to any excercise but the "Let's Go" button is not responsive on any exercise. I have restarted the device several times but to no result.
It's connected to samsung S9 phone.

I've tried these, multiple times. The fitbit simply isn't working. The arrow wobbles when I try to select an activity, but won't 'go'. Very frustrating and disappointing. Thinking I might return my device...
