Did you mean:

"Not enough Heart Rate data available" after ending a tracked exercise-Inspire 2

Hello,

I am having an Inspire 2 connected to my Samsung Galaxy S21. Previously, my Fitbit was connected to my old iPhone.

Ever since I moved my Fitbit to the new Galaxy S21, I started having problems with the Heart Rate data of all of my tracked exercises. Now, after I end a tracked "Run" exercise, I cannot see any Hear Rate data tracked during the exercise and the system says "Not enough Heart Rate data available".

Do you have any idea how to fix that issue, because it really destroys my running experience and hear rate monitoring efforts?

Thank you in advance!

Cheers,
Edi

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @EdiBoyanov.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Inspire 2. Thank you for the information provided.

If you still have access to your old iPhone, please remove your Tracker from the list of Bluetooth devices. Then, set up your Tracker as a replacement device to your Samsung Galaxy S21 by following the next steps:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1641865267396.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

In addition, please make sure to follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues.

Hope this helps.
