I saw my fitbit flash "Relax" a couple of days ago. Never saw that before.  I read that it's a reminder for deep breathing.  How do I set it up on my fitbit?

From main clock face, scroll up (swipe down) through apps to 'Relax'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
