Track your exercise , stopped collected data after Wednesday 18th November, any body else got this problem, if so Help.

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Inspire stopped collecting data and the "Track your exercise app" stopped working as well. I understand how you feel about this.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and will reply to your recent email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
