When I look at my dashboard/tiles on my app it shows a red dot on the envelope in the top right hand corner which implies I have a message but when I click on it there isn’t any and the red dot won’t disappear??

Not fixed on my dashboard. 🙁 I have a red dot indicating a message, but messages/notifications will not open.

I'm unable to click on the envelope with the red dot as well

I'm only able to access mine via a computer - the notifications flip by so quickly I didn't even realize I HAD notifications until I got on my computer to log something difficult (a new food) and saw the dot.

Hi...not sure how it happened but I'm able to select messages folder and it opens now. I will say that when I was having the issue I had just updated the app....so maybe it needed more time???

if i remove the app from my iphone can i replace it and keep my data?
