replacement Inspire HR does not fit original Inspire HR bands

My Inspire HR refused to work after 4 months of purchase.  I texted Fitbit and they sent me a replacement Inspire HR - but the one of the bands did not quite fit. I know how to change bands (my family has several) so its not that. But I realize that replacement has a groove is slightly bigger than the original one (where you insert the clip/rod) and there by making it loose.  I can wear it as long as I don't run or jog or hit a laptop while typing or it falls off.  Any hints?

Hi @jandon  the band you're using, is it an authentic Fitbit one? Some bands are from third party sellers and might not fit properly.

@Odyssey13 it is an authentic fitbit one. Bought it from fitbit store on amazon.  and the wrist band disconnected from the fitbit earlier today in mid stride (walking) so its difficult to wear with out worrying it will fall off.
