I have a fitbit account previously set up. I bought my mom a fitbit, but found out her phone is not compatible. It is an Android 7 and apparently fitbit no longer supports anything lower than a Android 10. I cannot set up the fitbit on her phone and so would like to set up her fitbit on my chromebook where I already have my fitbit set up. Is there a way to do this? Also, too late to return fitbit.

Hi @Nornie you'd need to log out of your account to set her up, but these newer devices need to be set up with a compatible smartphone. You have one of those? You can share the same computer or phone as long as you log in and out as needed.
