I slept 5 hrs 45 min, which should be long enough to produce sleep stage data, but there are no stages. I slept an additional 55 min towards morning. On top of the lack of stages, it’s showing 12 hours of sleep total, which is not even close to reality. The erroneous 12 hour value is messing up the weekly average. On the bar graph, when I hover, it does show sleep stages for a portion. It should be 6 hrs 40 min TOTAL, not 6 hr 40 PLUS the sleep with stages, as shown.
How do I fix this, since the sleep and wake times appear correct?

I’m also struggling to post to this forum. I keep getting “The message body contains [string of numbers and hyphens], which is not permitted in this community.” The referenced string of numbers is nowhere in my message. Now I’m going to try to share the screenshots again, as I attempted to and failed above several times. Give me a break.

Yeah, it doesn’t let me insert screenshots. I get the message about forbidden strings of numbers even when the photo is the ONLY content in the post. Your forum’s filters are ridiculous and hinder normal interactions from someone just trying to use a very basic function.

I uploaded the screen shots to a 3rd party site, since that seems to be the only way to share.

The sleep tracker is so inaccurate. I sometimes get 3 hours sleep on the fitbit when I've been asleep almost all night.
