sleep icon not on

Suddenly the sleep icon went gray.  It is no longer registering sleep or even really showing up.  I looked at the fitbit on my phone and the tile is there, but also not registering sleep.  This happened suddenly. I tried to restart the fitbit and still nothing. Disappointed and I would like it resolved.

This is happening to me as well.  I also noticed that my heart rate isn't working either.
