I just got my inspire 2 yesterday, because my phone does not fit well in my pocket and need accurate step count for diet app. I tend to leave phone on table, etc. This morning I tried tracking steps on phone as much as possible, as well as using fitbit. At this time, google fit on phone says I have done 3652 steps. I know I probably missed about 1000 steps this morning while grandson was on my phone, but have kept it in pocket the rest of the day. Fitbit is showing 8150 steps. I do not have mobile tracking. I have been wearing it on my nondominant hand, but this afternoon to decrease sensitivity I set it to dominant on app. It also shows I went on a 16 minute walk, which I did not. Not sure what I was doing during that time, maybe dishes? Is there another way to adjust sensitivity or other settings I need to check?

So in case anyone is actually looking at this, the setting to dominant hand did help some, but still pretty big difference. today phone steps says 3717 compared to 6323 on fitbit. If you give the phone a fudge factor of 1000 steps for steps without the phone, etc. that is still about 1600 step difference.
