How do I change the frequency that I synch Inspire 2 to my web page dashboard at fitbit.com on my Google account on Chrome browser?

Hi @wjknox Fitbit removed the Windows app, so we can't sync via our computers. If you have an older version still on your computer and it still works, that's good. There is no way to get it to sync faster. Most of us have smartphones or tablets that we use to sync.
