the screen of my HR inspire is not working

Hi,

I live in Bangkok and I would like to know where i can go to have my HR inspire checked. The watch still collect data and can synchronize with the phone but the screen is no longer working. I've tried every advice from the customer service website to restart the watch but it doesn't work.

Hi, @Pierre_F, you can find a list of Fitbit stockists in Thailand Here .  Hopefully one of them will be near you and will be able to help.

 

My experience is that the recommended button hold to restart the Inspire HR Is often not long enough.  The online advice suggests holding the button for 5 seconds.  In cases where the screen is not working I would recommend holding it much longer - for 20-30 seconds (and, of course, make sure it is plugged in for charging the whole time you are holding the button).  You might try that.

 

Some users have also reported that going into the app and changing the chosen clock face then syncing the Fitbit can help fix this. 

Both of these - super long button hold and changing clock face - are worth a try, if you have not done so already.
