nothing is working - steps weren't registering this morning on my wrist device so I put it in walk mode and carried my phone around -steps didn't register but distance did - then I did the update and I am now getting the above message - the app won't open on my iphone at all now and the app store isn't even giving me the option of buying it.
how can I fix this and get my fitbit to work again?
I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, tried offloading but I am still having an issue. The app shows calories used but not steps or distance or battery %. Very frustrated!
