update to 1.84.5

The website says the latest version is 1.84.5 for the inspire hr.

 

It shows in the app (Android)  I am running 1.63.5, but hasn't updated on its own and doesn't provide me a way to update. It is syncing properly and regularly with my device.

 

How do I get the latest version installed?

For the Charge 3 version 1.85.5 was only released to people using United HealthCare Motion. I wonder if that's the same for the Inspire HR.

 

As there's no way to force a firmware update then I would just wait until the app tells you there is an update available.

There are no notes to indicate something like that that I've seen, only that the update is for inspire hr only, which I have.
