upgrading after teardown of charge hr

Hello guys,

I currently have my Fitbit charge hr, which was doing great so far until last week. the silicon that wraps around the Fitbit sensor is tearing down and I think that might affect the battery because since then my battery drains in less than 24 hours.

Now I am considering to buy the Alta HR or the new Inspire HR.

I understood that the Alta doesn't have a physical button, which I used a lot in my charge hr, but it looks from the photos the Alta has a smaller footprint, and this device is going to be worn on my right hand as a bracelet, and I am wearing a normal analog watch on my left hand. (I hope that the Fitbit device will look as much as a bracelet and not like another watch).

So which should I pick?

Hi @shimronfio That is difficult for someone else to answer. If it was me Id go for the Inspire HR every time for several reasons. It is a more attractive shape when worn and fits a wrist better than an Alta and lookes sleeker and smaller even though it is slightly wider. Also I find it far more comfortable to wear than the Alta HR. The Inspire HR is more versitile than the Alta HR as it has a button and you can track far more different exercises with it. It is water resistant and can be used for swimming or worn in the shower.

Whether these items are important to you I dont know though!
