vibrating alert with expanding rings

I can't find what this is supposed to mean. Three vibrations in a sequence, then a pause, then three vibrations. This went on for a couple of minutes with an animation of expanding rings. Any ideas? I thought it was battery, but when I plugged it in it was > 40%.

Hi @BronL I think it is a silent alarm. It sounds like that sequence, but I do t usually look at my tracker when the alarm goes off - I am too busy trying to open my eyes. Check if there is an alarm set in the app.
