I just got a Fitbit Inspire- given as a gift. The setup process is terrible- and does not seem to be compatible with my Mac. When I am asked to select the device I am trying to connect, the Inspire does not appear as an option. What am I doing wrong??

Hello @Annagg and a warm welcome. I'm sorry, but the Inspire can't be set up on a Mac with Fitbit Connect. You need a compatible smartphone/tablet or a Windows 10 PC with the Fitbit app. See p 7-8 of the Inspire manual.
