I'm a new user --I have searched this forum and read similar Q/As, but still can't find an answer. Any suggestions? Also, it appears that a sleep rating is only provided if you click "Begin Sleep Now" when going to bed. Is that accurate?

Fitbit. @cfire if you use the begin sleep, my understanding is that Fitbit should not rate the sleep.

Why is it grey,I dont know.

Dies your sleep show up when not using the sleep now?

Using sleep now may be why it is greyed out, but that is just a guess.

Thank you for your assistance -- most likely user error on my part. I don't
think it was syncing. That said, two days after it started working, I
developed a weird trio of headache, nausea and vertigo. Took off the
device until the symptoms cleared. Now trying again. Sleep tracked well
last night. Thank you again for the prompt response.

Regards,
C.
