won't charge AGAIN

fitbit inspire hr, won't charge, won't reset. same thing last week, did clean it and kept trying, finally it reset and then charged.

Now its back to 9% and the same thing, won't charge, won't reset. Losing charge on the charger. I am getting tired of this, ready to quit using the fitbit. It shouldn't be stressful to charge it every week

Have you tried the other tips here? Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

thank you, i was very frustrated, esp waiting for a response here. I did contact fitbit thru Twitter. I really do know how to reset and reboot the fitbit. It would not hold the charge. I ended up really cleaning the contact ports on the watch, like scraping them - not just cleaning with rubbing alcohol. And that seems to have solved the problem for me.
