Is this the wrist band that came with the watch, or did you order a separate wristband?

If a separate order, which tracker do you have?  Are you sure you ordered wrist band for that tracker?  The wrist bands generally are interchangeable with different tracker models.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

this is not the original wrist band to the charge watch. In the past I ordered new wrist bands & they always worked OK. This new watch band has a hole to fit the watch  but it still doesn't fit It seems like the ones in the past had some metal in the female part of the wrist band but this does not.   Syl Solomon

Are you sure it is a Charge?  I don't think the wrist bands for it were replaceable.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
