0% charge, not waking up, black screen

I live in Bangladesh and got my product imported. No point of warrenty. Using fitbit versa for like 1.5 years. 

One fine day it seemed troublesome so I wanted to reset to factory, and boom. 

Not waking up, once it showed a 0 percent charge but now no more. I am struggling with it for a few days. 

Please help. 

No the button holding things are not helping.

Hi @Shom3e It sounds like it has died unfortunately, so there is nothing anyone can do. If you are able to contact Customer Support  they might give you a discount on a new one, but it is unlikely they would replace it if it is out of warranty. Sorry for the bad news
