Yesterday evening the watch suddenly showed 0 steps, 0 floors, 0 calories, 0 meters and 0 active minutes. Heart rate worked yesterday but today not even that. Any idea what is happening?

Hi, regarding HR: is the sensor still working, e.g. do you see the green light of the sensor flickering? For the rest: which Clock Face are you using? In the dashboard screen of your Fitbit App, press the watch icon on top of the screen on the right side. You will see the page that shows tiles with Clock Faces, Apps, etc. Press Clock Faces and you will go to the page that says "My Clock" and "All Clocks". In my clock there should be the name of your currently used Clock Face. Besides this, you can also try restarting your Versa several times.
