1/22/2020 fitbit update app download and sleep VO2 graph not working?

I updated the app yesterday. Now a few problems:

1- trying to download app or watch face, and the red bar completes, watch vibrates, but then returns to “install” button. Restarted watch multiple times; restarted iPhone7; disconnected then reconnected bluetooth; signed out of, then back into, fitbit app; even uninstalled fitbit app and reinstalled (lost all my settings, sigh). Nothing works - others having this problem?

2- and now also don’t get the graph of small or big breathing variances when click on sleep graph. It’s gone? 😞

I’m going through the exact same thing with my watch. Download goes allll the way to the end but decides against it, gives me a nice big red X on the watch and restarts the download. From what I’ve read no one has had any solutions or been given any fixes to this. £160 well spent so far 🙂

I didn’t have a problem until updating fitbit app yesterday (1/22) so assuming it might be related?

disappointing - but if it’s a new problem for others (like me) hopefully fitbit will hear of the problem and help!

If that’s the case then my timing for buying one couldn’t be better 😑

Oh, sorry!  Mine’s just about a month old and really enjoying it!  And have some apps and watch faces, so it’s just getting more. Sorry you’re stuck without enjoying what’s available. Hang in - know there was a whole issue with ios 13 so think that was reason for update. And maybe caused other problems. 

hope works for you soon!!  A few apps I’ve really liked: ionic water (to track water - drinking more!); just before updating i downloaded noted and looks good; travel time is a favorite!; to do list; barcode is awesome (and store clerks are impressed). And I’ve been enjoying the bitmoji watch face longer than I thought the fun would last :).
