What the F????  How do you cantact fn support to file a warranty claim????

 

I tried going the information page and clicking on the darn link.  Sure enough, it does not work and I've been going around in circles trying to find an email, phone number of form to submit my darn warranty service request.  Fitbit sucks!

The various ways of contacting customer support are listed at contact.fitbit.com 

 

Note that the telephone and web chat details will only show when they are available so if not there then try a bit later
