So I downloaded the Fitbit coach app and didn’t even sign up for premium and my 10minute ab workout is gone, and I miss it. I’ve tried deleting the app and deleting the actually coach app on the watch and it won’t come back.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. If this doesn't seem to work, please let us know so we can check this further.

Same here with the 7-Minute Workout Video.
Also had the workout. Later downloaded the Fitbit Coach App and since then i cant get the original Workouts back.
I deleted the App and restarted the watch several times and for a very short time the workout is back but only if you go in there once and then its gone again.
Very frustrating 😕

I’ve done everything anyone has ever said to do, been sat on google for hours looking for help and nothing seems to work it will either come back for one use and go again the next time I go to use it or it won’t come back at all.

I’ve tried all of the steps above and also haven’t been able to get it back. I recently upgraded from a Blaze and now I wish I hadn’t.

Experiencing the same issue, and would love it resolved.
Despite being a premium user or not, it would be great to have the ability customize the Coach exercises that display on the Versa just like you can with the Exercise apps.

This did not resolve the issue. Would the Fitbit moderator team continue to look into this for us?
Recommendation: for both premium and non-premium Coach subscribers, it would be great to have the ability customize the Coach exercises that display on the Versa just like you can with the Exercise apps.
