It ran out of battery in the day so I put it on charge. Later in the evening I go to sync it as the time was wrong. Wouldn't sync. I've tried everything.
- Reset the watch several times (it then started resetting by itself in a loop?)
- Reset my phone (Samsung S8) several times.
- Force quit the app
- Unpaired the watch from the app (big mistake no 1, as it won't reconnect)
- Uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app
- Reset network settings on my phone (big mistake no 2, Versa 2 isn't on the list anymore)
- Factory reset the watch (big mistake no 3. Because the watch refuses to appear on Bluetooth you can no longer connect to it. Its stuck at the startup screen. The Fitbit app can't find it)
- Tried the desktop route, didn't help.
I had to get my old Charge 2 out to see if it would work. It worked and connected straight away. A 3 year old Charge 2 out-performs an 18 day old Versa 2. It's upsetting because it was supposed to be the upgrade.
Is there anything left I can do to troubleshoot this or is my new watch broken?

I'm having the same problem! Bluetooth is not searching it so I can't set it up now. Please help
