My Versa would not connect or stay connected to bluetooth as well as connect to WiFi. After many, many tries over several days I found that the problem was being created by a replacement band with magnetic closure. The magnet on the clasp fell off one day and I epoxied it back on. Some time after I noticed a rectangular rubber ring from the clasp lying on the floor. Somehow this must have been neutralizing the magnetic foeld around the versa. I feel that the magnetizing of the metal band affected the performance of the Versa. After I removed the band and within a short period, the Versa began working correctly. It now stays connected, syncs properly, and maintains the correct time.
