I have a fitbit Versa and successfully installed the app, I then brought my husband one but it won't accept the email address as it is already in use (me) we only have one email address so I am stuck as to how to finish the installation on his phone, it is counting steps etc but annoying that he won't be able to see his progress by email like I can. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm afraid you will need another email address to set up a second account for your husband. You can set up a new email for free from, for example, gmail.

That is craaap, it means we need to look in two places for results, they need to change this glitch but ok I guess that is what we will have to do...
