Recently my versa 2 started battery dumping badly .it's been reset and I charged it for 2 hours woke up to 12 % battery in 8 hours from 100%

Please clean the contacts

 

Then Do a Restart

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
