I've been wearing my versa for 2 weeks now, mainly as a step tracker and watch and once to play music, and none of the buttons are working now. I've seen a few people mention that they've had an issue with one of the buttons but none of the three buttons are working on mine. I don't shower or swim with it, I've cleaned around the buttons as best as possible but no luck. I really don't want to have to return it as  I have a big event this weekend which was my main reason for purchasing. Any tips or suggrstions would be appreciated. Thanks

Id say restart your Versa a few times but you cant do it without buttons! So my next suggestion would be to let the battery run flat for a few hours and then charge it fully and see if the buttons have recovered. If not you are out of luck I think and will need to contactnSupportn (link In my signature)

They will tell you to reboot the watch multiple times but if that does not work you will have to call service and wait.

Like the poster said above you will have to let your watch die to reboot if your buttons do not work.

Thanks for your help. Thankfully it's low on battery now so I'll let it run out fully and recharge it and see if it resets.
