Hi all, I would like to see a log of the full 24 hours of heartrate data. I can see it through specific exercises, however I want to monitor my heartate through out the day. On the Fitbit logs I see a small graph of my daily resting rate but it does not give me any logs or details.
Any help would be appricated
Regards
Luke

Hi @Redheat83 - In the Fitbit App the basic resting heart rate graph expands when you click on it to give you the 24 hr details
If you need more information than that you can always export all your data from your Web dashboard, "request data" option, but that;'s quite a lot of information.

@Redheat83- Hi Luke, it is there in the Physical Activity portion as a heart_rate JSON file of info taken every minute.
