I have gone into settings and changed the time to be shown as military time (24hr), and it says it’s updated, but my Fitbit is still showing normal time.

Hi, I installed this CF. My settings in Fitbit are 24 hrs and, in my case, km's. The Analog Stats CF shows only 12 hrs. I have tried many Third Party CF's and most of them do what you setup in the settings. This CF does not have a 12/24 hrs setting, so I'm convinced the problem is on the developer's side on not Fitbit one's. I would suggest to install a CF called Minimal Style. It's only 8,7 kB in size and highly customizable. On top of the screen you will see day and date, in the middle the time and on the bottom form left to righ: HR - Steps - Battery. Pressing on the steps cycles you through all the stats you want to know, like calories - distance - active minutes - and floors. Above all, it shows 24 hrs time and the distance in miles whenever that's your setting in Fitbit. This is also states in the description on this CF. Try it and you will love it. Use that, now on my Versa 2, already for a very long time without any problems. It's also by it's size very battery friendly. My last charge was 72 hours ago and my battery is now on 69%!!. Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Siplinger.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your device is showing normal time after you changed the time to be shown as military time. Thank you for letting me know that it shows as updated. I would like to confirm if you synced your device after you followed the steps to change to 24-hour clock. You can manually sync your device by following these steps.

Let me know how it goes.

It’s still showing 12Hr time and it’s also reading in meters too. I made sure I have it set to 24h and miles, and it’s synced. I emailed the person who made the specific clock face and he said it was a Fitbit problem not his.

Hi @Siplinger, thank you for your reply.

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. Thank you for letting me know that you've been in touch with the developer of the clock face you're using. Please provide the name of the clock face for me to investigate further. I recommend restarting your device and switching to a Fitbit clock face to confirm the issue: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Looking forward to your response.
