24hr battery life Versa

There seems to be a lot of issues around battery life on the community and mine is no different. I am only getting 24 hrs charge if lucky some days less and have only had it four weeks it was fine at first but has been like this now for two weeks. I have tried reducing every app as suggested in other topics but with no joy and then Vesrsa just becomes a watch. one of the reasons for purchasing the Versa was because of the four day+ life that they claim I have contacted customer support and am waiting for their reply.

Is anyone else experiencing such short life and if so how was it resolved?

I'm having the exact same problem so turned to this forum today, battery is only lasting 8hrs and the heart rate monitor has stopped working. I've factory reset the watch, unsynced and synced it again but still experiencing the same problems.

I had this same problem. I called fitbit and he could see exactly what time I was charging it & how long the battery lasted. Then he had me do a battery test by charging completely and turning off all notifications. The battery only lasted 10 hours. When I called back with results they offered me a replacement of just the versa, or 50% off of any other fitbit. I'm now trying to set up the new one and it won't charge, the battery indicater just keeps flashing. Very frustrating, i should have stuck with the charge 2.

To everyone experiencing the dreaded sudden death of Versa battery, I'm very sorry to hear that. Sounds like you could qualify for a replacement due to a defective battery. That's definitely not normal. After wearing my Versa all day - including playing around with apps, music, notifications, etc. - by the time I go to sleep, it's drained maybe 8-10 percent. The norm for me is around 1-2 percent battery drain per hour. I really hope you guys get it resolved soon!
