Suddenly a couple times this week my versa states I completed my 250 per hour but my phone app doesn’t show them.

@AnneBF Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the 250 hourly step goal issue that your Fitbit app is experiencing.
Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version. If your phone is Android, please clear cache and cookies of your phone. Finally, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log back in. There are times that the app takes a little while to update the information.
