250 hours per hour don't match

My hourly activity is not syncing correctly. On my watch it will show 8 active hours but when it syncs it will only show 2 hours active on my dashboard and they’re not even consecutive hours. It will show 9am the 3pm.

I’ve tried everything turn off, uninstall both app and watch and factory reboot.

Please help

A warm welcome to the Community @Franifran.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your 250 steps per hours aren't matching between your watch and app, I recommend checking that your Fitbit app is updated. Also, can you provide me with some photos of this?

I’m having the same problem. It’s right on my watch, but not the app.

Why has this been marked solved? It is an ongoing problem- not daily but definitely happens more than a one off... does fitbit even care to try to solve it? same standard answers for years when you search...

I have this same problem. Watch says 9 of 9, but app only shows the 1st 4. I have also had it tell me I only walked 600 or so steps in a day, but the watch shows over 10,000....then today. I checked my watch before I went for a walk. My watch says I have 2.14 miles completed. I used the walk exercise function on my phone and the watch says I walked 2 miles, but then I go look at my total for the day, it shows less than 4 miles, when I should have had at least 4.14 miles. So confused

This happens to me regularly, and nothing you have suggested works. Why hasn't this issue been addressed?
