Hi, swipe with your finger on your Versa from the bottom up and you will get the Today screen. In this screen you can activate up to 7 activities, one of which is the Steps per hour. Did you enable that on the Today screen? If not, go to it by swiping up from the bottom of your display and the Today screen appears after about 2 secs. Scroll down and go to settings and press it. Scroll down to steps per hour and if you did not enabled steps per hour, enable it and you're done. If you already have done that try restarting your Versa several times and see if this problem is solved.
