250 + step hours not recording

OK so one of my goals is 9 hours with 250+ steps. My steps are recording fine but I don't get credited for any of the 250+ hours. This is my 2nd day with the versa lite, worked just fine yesterday

I'm not sure if they got this app issue fixed for your unknown phone type. 

Have you looked at your web based dashboard.
