My Fitbit Versa says that I have completed 4/9 hours today, while the iPhone app says I have only completed 1/9 hours. This is very frustrating - I paid a lot of money for this device. 😞
I have tried:
syncing
logging out and back in
restarting my phone
PLEASE HELP.

@Erin11292 what can you see on your Dashboard on Fitbit.com? Does it matches there?

No. The only place it is correct is on my Versa.

@Erin11292 it seems like the data did not sync. Please open Fitbit mobile app, tap on Versa icon and scroll down to sync section. When was the last sync?

I have done that many times. Everything syncs except for the 250 steps per hour data.

@Erin11292 Please try this:
1. Reboot your Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears)
2. Log out/log in to your Fitbit account to refresh the data
3. Force sync it on your Fitbit app and Fitbit.com Dashboard
