2nd Fitbit, both have just gone blank.

My first one lasted about 5 months and was replaced free of charge.  (Great customer service),  however the second was only 3 months old and has done the same thing.  Tracking, registering on my phone, but the screen is blank.  Tried all the reset instructions.  Am I too sweaty?  Why is this happening again?
