Got my replacement versa in 5 days and all is right in my fitness world again. I got the first one when it was initially released and it was never quite right. didnt sync, dropped work outs, HR was hit or miss , phantom steps and then the black screen of death.
This new one seems different , its more responsive . the screen is brighter. Its not the first time I had a bad fitbit, it happens. This time around customer service was awful and left a very bad impression. So far the replacement fitbit versa doesnt sync as fast as previous models but at least it doesnt go days without syncing like before. I'm going to chalk it up to a bad cs rep and a bad device, give fitbit the benefit of the doubt for now.
My hubby has had a versa since May and hasn' t had many issues. He got the update and had to restart it but thats it. Please work on getting the (good) update out to all of us and maybe work on giving your customers a better customer service experience. If you have quality control issues then own up to it. Don't give your customers the run around. Fitbit has ride or die customers who promote and doggedly defend their products. Dont let us down.
AND PLEASE!!!! for the love of everything let this second one be the charm.

I purchased mine from QVC. Got it back in April, right after it was released. Paid it off September 28th and my screen blacked out on October 1st. Smh... It still counted my steps and it still vibrates for the notifications. QVC said to return it to them. I JUST got my replacement back October 26th! That was the longest return process! It was sitting in Georgia for over a week! But I’m sending it back bcuz they now have the rose gold one that I wanted. Lol I hope I have better luck this time...once I get it. Other than the black screen, I had no issues with my Versa.

I got mine from Qvc back in may,. I should have called them. Qvc customer service is great and they have easy pay. I want the pink one too. QVC's normal return policy other than holiday is 30 days Makes me wonder if retailers know there is a bad batch circulating. If people are the fence buy it from Qvc. This time of year you can return items up until 1/31, no questions asked. The versa is fantastic when it works as intended. Hope our replacements work out ok. Im scared to get mine wet. Mine stopped working after showering. Happy stepping.
