3 month old Versa Lite acting weird.

When trying to access other screens on the Versa Lite, it doesn't respond. Minutes later it will start moving to different screens on its own. I'm not able to clear old messages. It says it's updated but I'm not sure that it is. How do I do a factory reset and fix it?

I have also noticed this. My versa lite has been congratulating me on reaching my step goal multiple times a day. (The same step goal.. Even if i met the goal hours previous.).. It also has not been taking any user data for my sleep analysis, which is crappy. It has never had issues like this. Lagging when I press the screen.. Showing texts from days ago that have already been dismissed.. Just not normal. Wondering what is going on. I got my versa lite in November of 2019. I am going to be irritated if my watch becomes unusable. I had a Charge for 2 years and it was great, just wanted to upgrade.. Wondering if that was the right choice..
